Pinnacle Landscaping is proud to begin our 20th season and looking to add experienced professionals to our team!
Pinnacle is an industry leader in commercial landscape maintenance and zero-tolerance snow removal. Pinnacle is a unique organization in that we don’t just say we are a family but let our actions speak for themselves. Our leadership team and ownership interact daily with our team and follow an open-door policy.
Pinnacle Landscaping takes pride in the culture established. We provide a fun place to work! We do cookouts, provide food trucks, and have an annual company camp out. We value the importance of taking care of our employees and helping them grow personally and professionally. Landscape Enhancement Crew Member
- Experience in soft/hardscape required
- Ability to follow install instructions for plants, trees, and other soft and hardscape installs
- Ability to safely and efficiently operate skid steers, dingo, and other related equipment
- Ability to safely pull landscape trailer and heavy equipment(based on MVR report and insurance approval) approved driver = more pay
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned
Must Have’s
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Strong work ethic and attendance
- Team player that works well with others
- Eagerness and motivation to hit target goals
- Able to work in inclement weather conditions
About Pinnacle Landscaping
Pay Range: $18-$20 per hour and potential bonus opportunity

*All full-time employees are eligible for health/vision/dental benefits once completion of 90 days of employment. We provide uniforms along with a work boot assistance program.
