Columbus' local job board since 2009

We started CbusJobs because the big national job sites were never built for a single city. They bury local roles under thousands of listings from everywhere else, push employers into pay-per-click bidding wars, and treat Columbus like a rounding error.

Our approach is the opposite. Every listing is in the Columbus metro. Every job is reviewed by a real person before it goes live, so seekers do not waste time on scams or recycled spam, and employers reach candidates who actually live and work here. It is a smaller, more careful board on purpose.

Over the years that has added up: thousands of jobs posted, thousands of Columbus residents hired, and a resume database built from sixteen years of local job seekers. We are proud to be one of the longest-running job boards in the city.
